Testimonials
I've been practicing with Patrick regularly for 5+ years. His knowledge and guidance have helped me deepen my practice, and I've learned so much about the philosophy of yoga, anatomy, and the asanas.
His kindness, dedication, and passion make the classes equally fun and challenging, and always leave me feeling centered and happy.
Regardless of the size of the class, he makes you feel like you're in a private session, offering adjustments and alternative poses tailored to your own level.
I highly recommend his classes to anyone at any level of practice, whether it's flow, yin, or restorative -Amy C., Creative Designer
Patrick is a skilled communicator in the fields of subtle energies and mindful awareness and a true channel to those who study with him both on and off the yoga mat. He commands a captivating asana practice as well as an alchemical knowledge of breathwork and mindful awareness meditation. His skills and compassion have helped guide me through my most profound life choices and I am continually grateful for his dedication to learning, growing, and supporting others. - Andrea K., Founder Sankalpa Yoga, E-RYT 500
Every moment of his class is structured toward the student’s needs: encouragement to set an intention, gentle reminders to listen to your body, shared words of wisdom from poems or book excerpts. Attending his class means I have the opportunity to address my physical, mental, and emotional needs. I cannot speak highly enough of his ethos as a teacher. - Bekah, K., Military Spouse & Mother of Twins
I have been attending Patrick's online yoga for over a year now. The pandemic has forced us into some new norms. One of them for me was understanding that I do not need to practice in a yoga studio all of the time. Patrick's class allows me the flexibility to practice with a dedicated instructor in the comfort of my home.
I have been practicing for over 10 years and have a firm understanding of poses. Having said that, I find his instructions to be clear, understandable, and attainable with the differentiated instructions he provides to multiple participants practicing at their levels of comfort.
When I take a class from Patrick I can always be sure to walk away with 3 things: a deeper understanding of a pose, a workout that I can dial up or down depending on my ability that day, and a smile on my face. Sometimes I just have to stop and laugh because his exuberance, passion, and commentary cracks me up!
When I think of all of my teachers who have led me down my yogic path, Patrick remains at the top for his beautiful spirit, kindness, and dedication to the path of yoga for everyone. - Douglas H., Public School Teacher
Patrick is a strong teacher with a guiding process that has helped me learn how to maximize my practice and push out any discouraging thoughts to keep me focused and clear...his compassion towards his students and his dedication to their evolution has not changed over the years. - Jessica C., Non-Profit Director
MY PROMISE
I’m not expecting anyone other than who you are when you arrive in class. Come to yoga and be yourself. Be sweaty. Make contorted faces. Be open to what shows up for you. Be confident that I created this space for you to explore your body, mind, and spirit. Be courageous. You are free to be you.
About Me
Hi my Name is Patrick
I'm an experienced Yoga teacher with 15 years of experience. My practice began in Miami while working for a demanding non-profit. In a short period of time, I began to experience an abiding sense of calm. My goal is to teach students to feel empowered by their strength, transformed by their stability, and connected to their clarity.
I completed my initial training in 2010 looking to deepen my own practice and share the good I found in Yoga. As a continual learner, I also finished training in Meditation, Pranayama, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. In 2016, I completed an advanced training from renowned teacher Cyndi Lee of OM Yoga. In 2019, I completed the Yoga Mindset Coaching basic training with Karina Ayn Mirsky. This unique yoga and coaching program integrates yoga (classical & Hatha), psychology (through IFS Internal Family Systems), and neuroscience.
I continue to study Yoga with a fous on alignment with Katrin Loveland & Edwin Bergman, Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater; and Meditation with Cyndi Lee.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, reading, films, and spending time with my husband.

FAQ
Where do I Start?
Schedule a **Free 30min "Meet Me" Call ** so that we can discuss your goals. Working together has to feel right for both of us so getting know each other is our first step. If we connect we can book your introductory session.
Where do we meet?
I teach mostly on Zoom. I have a limited number of in-person privates available in New York City. If you have questions about what that experience is like let's talk about them during our call.
Can we meet in-person?
I have a limited number of in-person sessions based on availability. By invitation we can meet in my apartment that has lots of fun Yoga props. Also, we can arrange an in-home session if you live in Chelsea, the West Village, the Meatpacking District, Flatiron, Midtown, or Hells Kitchen. I can travel in these areas with limited props. There are extra charges to travel outside these neighborhoods based on travel time.
What do I need to work privately?
At a minimum you need a yoga mat. Ideally, you will also have two blocks, two or three blankets, and a yoga strap. If you want a Restore session, you will need an an eye-pillow and a bolster.
How much does it cost?
A single session is similar to the cost of a massage therapy session. I can offer a single introductory session. In general, I work with packages because it reflects our on-going commitment to each other and the work. I'll give you a quote after we discuss your goals.
Why do you recommend packages?
I offer my services in 5 sessions packages with an ideal 2-month commitment. This gives you the flexibility of practicing about once a week, allowing for life's natural interruptions. Working in this style we can co-create a consistent and continuous practice.
